Forensic psychology services are provided throughout the state of New Jersey, and in Federal court in New Jersey and adjoining states. Dr. Franklin has two conveniently located offices Central New Jersey for forensic evaluation and consultation appointments, in Somerset and Hunterdon counties. Forensic evaluations can also be completed at offsite locations, such as correctional institutions, hospitals, schools, an attorney's office, or another suitable location, if the client cannot travel to one of my offices.
